MEDIA
Tim Doyle is a 16-year broadcasting veteran
starting as camera operator for a local ABC
affiliate station while attending college.
After advancing to floor director and audio
engineer, he switched from the production
studio to the newsroom, becoming a weekend
news anchor/producer and field reporter.
From there he transferred his broadcasting
skills to Christian radio where he progressed
through the roles of on-air announcer,
production director, program director and
ultimately station manager.  In 1994 Tim
was chosen as a producer for the daily radio program
Focus on the
Family with Dr. James Dobson – a position he
held until 1997 when he left broadcasting to
work directly with pastors and the local church.

MISSIONS
A heart for God’s work around the world has
also influenced Tim’s experiences in ministry.
In 1984 he served in the Middle East as radio
announcer for the Voice of Hope broadcast
facilities in South Lebanon.  In 1987 he joined
the staff of Impact Productions in
Tulsa, OK as tour director for the
international evangelistic stage
production “Toymaker’s Dream”,
accompanying the group’s 1988
tour of the former Soviet Union.
In 1999 he led a mission outreach
to Northern Ireland in conjunction
with Project Evangelism reaching
youth and children.
in many congregational and corporate settings.  A heart for ministry to
men began to emerge during his college years and a passion to equip
and encourage men in their relationships as husbands, fathers and
friends continues to influence and guide his work.

Today Tim shares his passion for health and strength in the local church
by serving pastors and equipping men to be spiritual leaders.  He is a
former regional field director for
Promise Keepers and a national
presenter/trainer for such organizations as
Man in the Mirror, Great
Dads, A Chosen Generation, and Character that Counts.  He is
co-author of
Effective Men’s Ministry in the 21st Century, a resource
manual for men’s leaders.  In 2000 he and his wife, Krista, founded
Joseph Resource Group, a ministry that serves and connects pastors
and churches.  They reside in St. Joseph, MO with their three children.
